Andina Pack 2017

Each two years is carried out in Bogotá, Colombia, one of the most important fairs in packaging sector in the country and the Andean, Central America and Caribbean regions: Andina Pack. This year, in its 14th edition, it will be organized by the german company Koelnmesse in alliance with the International Business and Exposition Center of Bogotá, Corferias, which will mark with no doubt an important step to its internationalization.

In this scenario, the fair evolutioned in order to face the necessities of the global industry, making the efficiency, innovation and sustainability in the central concepts that, from November 7 to 10, will congregate all actors of the packaging sector’s productive chain.

Andina Pack 2017 will reunite business man from packaging industry in level of raw material, transformation and impression material, package making, which includes codification and labelled of the product and the things related to its distribution and storage.

Some of the sectors that will be present in Andina Pack 2017 are transformation, impression and codification, which provide services of label creation, ink marking, bar code placing and expiry date.

Some of the topics that are going to compose the academic agenda will be energetic efficiency, smart and biodegradable packaging, besides the regulation in packaging piracy.

Andina Pack 2017 will show up again as the referent fair in packaging technology in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Perú, Bolivia, Central America and the Caribbean, where the whole productive chain of the sector will meet. This year Corferias hopes to receive 19.000 international visitors to give them a coherent content with convincing solutions to the compliance of global tendencies of the sector, which has marked its way to the efficient, innovative and sustainable production.
